An overwhelming majority of Asians here would look better after a LeFort III. Flat faces are too common among Asian people.

It is literally a surgery meant for deformed people or people whose faces have been crushed in an accident. It's not happening and not even worth it since you can get similar results with less dangerous, painful, less expensive surgeries.

Lefort 2 whole maxilla without zygos

For clarity, she also got a rhinoplasty (with radix graft/or implant) in the third pic. Second pic is after Lefort 3, third pic is 18 months after with orthodontic treatment and rhinoplasty completed.

Btw nice thread but crazy surgery, custom implants and rhinoplasty can mimic the result (combined with Lefort 1 if the whole maxilla is recessed) with way less risks.
