just eat meat and sweet potato. lost 20lbs since new year and still ongoing. it's not that hard to lose weight if you don't eat 1500 calories per serving zogslop and sodium filled instant ramen

Yes but really you can eat quite a bit on the feed days, even if you ate like 3500 cal that would still equal to 1750 per day which would be a deficit
Like Monday eat whatever, Tuesday fast, Wednesday eat etc so it’s more than 24hr of fasting each time

I find it very easy mentally since it’s always cheat day or tomorrow is cheat day. So when it’s like 6pm and I’m hungry I know tomorrow I can eat basically whatever so it’s easy to push through. And like you described in OP i like the feeling of being full, you never feel satisfied on a calorie counting restricting everyday diet.

1000-1100 calories from meat
(165g protein, 35-40g fat, 0 carbs)

Caffeine, if needed, until meal time.

Make sure train hard to failure in gym, lower volume is fine, but now lower intensity. Retain as much muscle as possible. You want energy to be pulled from fat stores, not muscle. Fail at this step and you will loss muscle.

Try get steps in, don’t bother if too tired or hungry. I used to try get steps in at night and then just end up in a shop buying goyslop. Better rot and be in a calorie deficit then be active and gain fat due to shit eating.

Should put you in at least a 1000 calorie deficit each day if you do absolutely nothing all day. More like 1200 calorie deficit a day while doing nothing if you account for protein thermic effect. Add some weight lifting makes your deficit around 1300-1400 calories. Get 10k steps in and you’ve got yourself at least a 1500-1600 calorie deficit per day.

Should be able to drop 6kg fat in a month using this, as long as you don’t binge out. More like 6/8kg if you do more steps, and potentially do 1 or 2 fasts in the week, possibly during rest days.

I just binged and ate 4 cheese hot dogs and a large bag of tortilla chips with a whole jar of cheese salsa. This whole eating at a slight deficit doesn't work, because you're not satisfied and just want more every day. For me atleast,if i eat 2000 calories,i am more hungry after than before eating. At that pace it can take months just to see a few kilo on the scale. Then one day of binging can wipe out a week of progress. I think the only way to do this is to starve yourself and lose it all in a month, then maintain. You should switch to 400-500 calories only meat and carrots. Take a multivitamin. You can eat again when you're lean.
just fast on the weekends and on monday, eat something you like, and don't keep food around the house
