Leanmaxing update (3 months) 10kg lost

So I have lost 10kg, going from 83kg to 73kg in the last 3 months. All while working out, getting enough protein etc. I am 183cm btw. I posted a before and after picture. I think I will maintain my current weight for now.

Goodjob but 10kg is not that much.There is not enough leeway for you to maintain : go down as much as physically sustainable and maingain from there.

Drop another 5kg IMO.
