Haven't ate dinner in 5 days and my weight has stayed the same I always had the issue that I would gain weight always back dinner seems to be the problem all the videos that say it doesn't matter it's all cap

If you starve yourself your body will try to hold onto fat, look at starving people they don't look good rather they look bloated given their body goes into a high stress state. What you need to do is pick 1 fuel source, so do a ketogenic diet (high fat) or a high carb diet (low fat). What causes bloat and fat gain is when you combine both carbs and fats together.

I'm too lazy and broke to do a diet plus the dinner tip was given to me by a skinny old short man bc we was listening to him for hours and he dropped the pearl on accident

too lazy yet you’re on org for with hundreds of threads about diet and getting lean. how old are you? honestly if you haven’t finished puberty yet i recommend you stop worrying about bloat and bla bla bla you need to eat lots during puberty you can leanmax at any other point in the future

man forget about starving yourself. workout 4 times a week at least and just eat less in general. you’ll have to eat when you’re hungry but give it a couple months everything will be alright. find a club to join or even just get some normal gym membership

Literally the most retarded shit i’ve heard. Low calorie is starving, since your body knows there’s food but you’re not giving it enough. If you water fast (0 calories) with electrolytes (potassium chloride and salt) you will use your fat stores as energy. Same will happen even if you eat low calories. People used to not have access to food 24/7. What do you think their body used for energy? Stored Fat. That’s quite literally, the whole reason for fat being stored. Why do you think animals gain fat before winter? So they can use the stored fat as energy when they don’t have food. To think anything else is completely retarded, and not true.

And suggesting high carb diet is also giga retaded. And you will 100% bloat from only carbs, hence the name carboHYDRATE. they sore water. Even if it’s intramuscular, face has muscles.

Being obese or fat isn't a calorie or eating too much problem that you should eat less, it's basically inflammation of your body from poor diet. If you focus on cutting UPFS and switching to carnivore you'll lose fat and you'll eat the same amount of food

I agree that carnivore is the way to go and he is fat because of shit diet with tone of calorie dense, nutrient void bs. Tbh i found best way to drop the fat quick is through fasting and then once you reach leanness just go carnivore. Like 48-72hr fasting (with electrolyte water, potassium chloride and salt) and then carnivore refeed and repeat.

Both these users used DNP in their past, and tried the method above (water fasting with electrolytes) and said fasting mogs.
