Back on Feb 6th I recorded 29% body fat 34.7% muscle mass 48.6% water weight at 168.2 lbs 5'6"
My 6-day average right now is 13.4% body fat, 43.4% muscle mass, 61.9% water weight @ 134.5 lbs
Change in 7 months
- 15.6% body fat (-54% relative)
+ 9.7% muscle mass (+25% relative)
+ 13.3% water weight (+27% relative)
- 33.7 lbs (-20% of my starting body weight)
- 30.8 lbs raw body fat
- 63% relative raw body fat (how in the hell do I still have lower belly fat though? WTF. lol)
-0.02 lbs raw muscle mass (-0.038% relative muscle mass)
+1.5 lbs water weight (+1.8% relative water weight)
I made a promise to my PSL ex Yogapants back in late June that I was going to become Manlet Chad and that I was either going to win her back or get another hot gf and she laughed it off. I am well on my way towards becoming Manlet Chad.
