Because of some mental problems, I went down the rabithole of being a doomer and got overweight, gaining over 25 pounds, spending all day lying in bed, in the dark in my dorm, watching anime and eating goyslop.
Got smile lines, I couldn't look at the mirror anymore.
Being not lean is genuinely sad when you know you got bones and already know your hollow cheeks would show if you were lean.
Now I'm finally 12.5% bf, and 2.5% (or 1.5 kilos of fat) away from my goal of 10% bf.
I will NEVER let myself become fat or obese or slightly overweight again in my life.
I'll never EVER let myself go even at 30 or 40 or 50..
Not being able to eat and spending time in the mirror waiting for bones to show and manboobs to disappear is brutal.
I'm planning to fast 4 days and do cardio, I think this will do the job knowing my maintainance calories are at about 2300 cals.
Wish me luck and pray for me guys! I will keep looking at pretty boy edits to motivate myself during the fast.

Just take reta retard
Just have _nausea (14–60 %), vomiting (up to ~50 %), diarrhea (13–50 %), constipation (similar range), decreased appetite (11–31 %), faster heart rate (+5–7 bpm), arrhythmias (4–14 %), mild liver enzyme rise (~1 %), skin sensitivity (~7 %), serious events (~4 %), and even after stopping you might get return of appetite, weight gain, and blood sugar worsening…

Side effects caused by retatrutide itself (drug action)

(not just due to reduced food intake)

Increased heart rate → avg +5–7 bpm while on it. This is a direct pharmacological effect (GLP-1/GIP/GCGR agonism affects autonomic tone).
Arrhythmias / QT prolongation (rare) → some cases reported, not due to eating less.
Skin sensitivity (~7%) → tingling or sensitivity to touch/heat, a neural effect, not tied to appetite.
Liver enzyme elevations (~1%) → mild ALT rises seen in a few patients; not about food restriction.
Pancreatitis (very rare) → occasionally reported with GLP-1–like drugs.
and ones that persist:
Heart rate changes → usually normalize after drug clearance, but in sensitive people, rhythm disturbances might persist or recur.
Skin sensitivity → usually resolves, but some report it lasting weeks after discontinuation.
Liver enzyme changes → generally return to baseline, but if someone already has liver issues, retatrutide can reveal or worsen them.
Pancreatitis risk → if it actually occurs while on the drug, the pancreatic injury can persist even after stopping.
Weight rebound & metabolic changes → appetite comes roaring back → rapid regain of fat mass, worsened blood sugar, sometimes more intense than before.

You probably aren’t even close.

10% means you have an veins and quad striations.

Do PSMF + weight lifting and you will be a real 10% is no time without losing lean mass.

Not blasting Reta and Cagrilintide is going you a massive disservice. It’s practically side free.

nah i'm very close. i don't gym so for me 10% is equivalent to a 12% who gymmaxxes, the reason is obviously with more muscle the fat makes less of your body.

however i have veins on my inside and outside forearms hands feet tighs and some on my biceps

It is relative. If you don’t have ab veins and quad striations you aren’t 10% regardless of if you gymmax or not.

jfl if you think "appetite comes roaring back" is scary, it's just you going back to your same old appetite. if you werent a fat slob beforehand then you wont be after. i actually eat less now that im off reta

Genuinely are you retarded?

No it's not, make meat the base of your meals and get enough cardio done during the day. It's so free.

Simple just spam thoughts that are question based
Like “oh didn’t you say you were gonna do this no matter what??”
“Oh, you do there is no other option right??”
“Oh remember you said you weren’t gonna do that any more”

Just keep repeating these thoughts in your head like spam then especially when cravings come
Then you should be alright
