what should i do, i am lowkey stuck at 13-14% bf and i am eating a bit below maintaince and doing like 8-13 k steps a day.

like eating lower than that makes me feel shit and i cant sleep because of hunger, what can i do.

is there some pro tips because i cant.
 
Like i am stuck at this bf idk how to not lose muscle and only lose fat mostly.
 
Take Retatrutide so you can comfortably lower the calories a bit more without feeling hungrier.

realistically the only way is to lower the calories bro, eat smarter maybe (more satiating foods)

Bro same, once you’re around 13–14% BF it’s tough. I just try to eat enough protein, stay close to maintenance, keep my steps up, and let fat drop slowly. Starving yourself just kills sleep and energy dont do it.
