INCREASE TESTOSTERONE,HGH,THYROID HORMONE(IODINE,FRUCTOSE,SELENIUM),ACETYLCHOLINE(CHOLINE)
SUNLIGHT
DONT EAT EMPTY CALORIES AND LESS STARCH
EAT NUTRIENT DENSE FOODS
LOWER CORTISOL,INSULIN,PROLACTIN,ESTROGEN
PLAY SPOTRS,CHESS
DONT EAT UNTIL YOU FULL
DRINK LOT OF WATER BEFORE A MEAL

Here is what i looked like before and after leanmaxxing(I was 100kg in the first pic and 75 in the second one, and now im 70)
I feel better about myself and feel healthier but still can't get any relationships with women.
is it the fact that i am a sand nigger maybe?

Lol I tried, I stopped going out of the house for like 2 months straight and my skin did get pale but my skin got back to normal when I started going outside again.
