I know but I wanted a rhino, my nose is not very wide its acceptable but I wanted to it smaller and to straighten, it do u have any idea how much a lefort can straighten the nose, he did not accept performing both at same time saying, that I won't be able to breath and I should re assess in a year

The straightening effect is mild and simply due to changes in the midface. Also no changes to the nasal tip. Performing rhino at the same time is just very complicated
