I'm trying to bulk but I'm broke so I'm trying to get as much protein for as little money as possible. Then I see this. The price varies by location but where I live it's about 85g protein per dollar (which is far better than anything else I've seen so far). Would it be unhealthy to eat a bag of cooked lentils every day as my main protein source? Or should I stick to chicken, eggs, and milk?
