gluten in wheat should be avoided but its not super bad tbh. for sauces, just check the ingredients. the shorter the ingredient list, the better. if its tomato sauce, it should be made with just tomatoes and salt. but some sauces will add fuckton of random shit aswell. make sure one serving of sauce is less than 500mg sodium because you can easily put a fuckton of sodium in a meal with no idea
yeah op whats ur thoughts on milk
i think milk should be drank my baby cows and has no reason to be inside a human, its a marketing thing that the jews have made normal. but its not good for us nor made for us

sun dried tomatoes are the best for lycopene but if u want to use tomato then cook it first and it it with a source of fat such as olive oil or an avocado or sumthing

Every morning I eat greek yogurt with frozen blue berries and 4 brazil nuts with oatmeal flakes. Thats about 30 grams of protein together.

In the afternoon I have either chicken breast with garlic onions and mushroom, or tuna in water with 0 added sodium together with beans tomato, arugula and red onions. Or turkey breast with oxheart cabbage. Or brocolli with tempeh and some bulgur with lentils.

For dinner I have salmon filets or pollock or chicken breast (not twice a day) combined with vegetables like asperges, sweet potatos, brussel sprouts and cauliflower I also like shrimps but only eat those once a week since they're not very healthy.

As snack I eat 3 or 4 kinds of fruits like apples, oranges, kiwi, mangos, lemon, limes, grapefruits, watermelons and pomegranate. I also like to sometimes eat hardboiled eggs if my protein needs aren't met, or a proteinbar.

I also eat pumpkin seeds and acticoa chocolade parels but the latter is more for my bloodpresure which is relativly high 128/75. I try to eat food without any sodium and take potasium whenever I don't meet the required amount through food.

Oh and I solely drink water never anything else about 3L a day.

way too many brazil nuts, could be bad in the long term. limit it to 2 per day, or u risk selenium toxicity over a long period of time

potassium is easy to keep high if all ur food is relatively low sodium anyway but i wouldnt worry about taking potassium
