If memories of good things didn’t haunt me.
It’s funny…bad memories hurt, but not as much as the good memories. The bad memories are things of the past that are finished with. That pain is gone. But, happiness from the past is something you can never get back. It’s gone forever and you have to go on with life remembering how good things used to be while you walk the absurd road toward deterioration and death while the good memories and good things you once had are a fleeting thought that you can never have again.
It’s gone and sleep is the only escape. If only
I was sleepy 24/7 and never had to be awake. I wish I could be sedated and drugged so I don’t feel a thing.
