Retarded question and answers, the answer depends on your skin tone. If you have warmer skin then green always. If you have cold skin then blue. Jason Momoa wouldn't look great with blue eyes.

Has to do with undertones and hair, warm coloring goes better with light green, cold coloring goes better with light blue.
