See this study published in the journal of psychology (Attractiveness as a Function of Skin Tone and Facial Features: Evidence from Categorization Studies) one of the results is they found for blacks dark skin resulted in increased rafting’s of attractiveness while light skin decreased attractiveness.
For whites dark skin results in lower rates of attractiveness but interestingly enough tan skin was rated more attractive than pale white skin. For mutts brown skin was rated more attractive than light or dark skin.
TLDR: it’s important to understand the nuance so you can looksmax properly for ur phenotype, it’s why East Africans are less attractive then west Africans. They’re essentially caucasians with dark skin which as the study suggests should make them less attractive
