Explain why fat grafts aren't good, they ascend people super hard because even with surgeries if you don't have the neccesary fat tissue, the result will look like shit

Fat graft itself is cope for obvious reasons. I’m just saying u can’t increase SMv with fat grafts not saying it never would help looks somewhat. It can be used with trimax to make the result look more natural but I say this is suboptimal ideally get the bones right u can get implants.

Trimax won't really help eye area, especially if you don't have the required fat tissue there, for exemple upper eyelid fat grafts mogs most procedures like infras! Show me exemples of people with lots of UEE who got rid of this failo without fat grafts or hyaluronic acid(altough this is not recommened), there are at max a few exemple while with fat grafts I can show yoh countless exemples! Most def fat graft isn't cope, I don't see your obvious reasons
