Some eyelid exposure can be aesthetic and circles are attractive sometimes. Neutral or positive tilt is legit though, especially for females but also for males to a lesser extent

Yes, they are - at least to me. Any face only looks good when it at least meets a certain harmony treshold though so breaking them down into single features isn't a reliable indicator of attractiveness anyway.

Pretty sure that if a woman has big masseter muscles, low eyebrows and hollow cheeks she will look too masculine 99% of the time

Any time I saw a woman with a wide jaw and/or hollow cheeks she looked superior to the average woman imo. Low-set brows always look better than high-set ones too.
Feminine nose & chin, absence of brow ridge and long hair creates the neccessary contrast for it to not look overly masculine.
But it's a matter of taste ofc.
