Mommy asmr is an underrated ascension method that is basically free and available to anyone. Firstly the reason mommy asmr is such a great ascension method is the fact it increases sleep quality greatly, boosts oxytocin levels, and lowers cortisol. As we all know sleep is where 90% of looksmaxxing occurs, bone/height growth, recovery, etc, so adding mommy ASMR to your sleep cycle may greatly benefit the quality of sleep you experience. Listening to it on a consistent enough basis would also condition your brain to associate mommy ASMR and sleep as one, making it easier to fall asleep since I know majority of you sit infront of blue screens 10 hours a day. If your curious as to WHY mommy ASMR specifically, it stems from a biologically wired connection between mother and offspring. Studies on baby directed speech called “motherese” shows that babies naturally pay more attention to slower, gentler, melodic speech patterns compared to normal speech. This applies to people of all ages and not just infants, even adults have these subconscious links that have the power to completely change your sleep and how your nervous system behaves. A few recommendations from yours truly is; @mo.mmy ASMR, and @alekirser, the two goats of mommy asmr both able to be found on Youtube.
TLDR; listening to mommy asmr lowers cortisol, boosts oxytocin, increases sleep quality, indirectly helps skin quality, and recovery
