I trust peer reviewed studies on Google Scholar. All the medical lit says that post 12 years old, expander or not, you get negligible advancement of the maxilla. You can waste 2 years getting minimal change. That's okay.Just look at my post.it shows that the orbital rotated upwards and the expander loosened the maxilla from other cranial bones allowing a good forward movement
