Just look at my post.it shows that the orbital rotated upwards and the expander loosened the maxilla from other cranial bones allowing a good forward movement

I trust peer reviewed studies on Google Scholar. All the medical lit says that post 12 years old, expander or not, you get negligible advancement of the maxilla. You can waste 2 years getting minimal change. That's okay.

It does. MLF3 did not make the face more compact.
Rhino + LF1 advancment created the illusion that it did in the girl's case.

MLF3 is about better under eye support for the most part.

This guy is the biggest example that protraction works but he did it beyond limit

To conclude did you mean that there is no single surgery to fix downward growth or you said that it is not possible even if combined with other surgeries?

It also won’t help if the downward growth extends to the midface. Not even higher level osteotomies can address this.

High LF1 doesn’t correct downward growth.

All Quad LF1 does is advance more of the midface - it can’t shorten it.
Rotation is more limited than a conventional bimax.

In the post surgical example of the boy, he is still clearly downward grown.

Any improvements you might see from the frontal view come from the elevation of the nasal tip which you can get from a standard LF1 advancement.

couldn't you create an impact across the whole maxilla ? if it's possible to impact the premaxilla and move it up. why would it be impossible to do it with the upper

I dont know from where you heard its not possible to shorten midface.actually it is possible to shorten but not lengthen

this was NOT a lf3, even the surgeon on reddit talked about his care here. this was a modified lefort 1 cut with midface implants
