I think this is this number one thing most guys need to do to look better.

Myself included, getting to 10% requires a lot of willpower to not eat too much, even after all fiberless, processed foods, and high calorie foods like nuts are eliminated.

Going harder with the cardio definitely helps with reduce hunger. Making it sustainable long term, I believe is all about finding tricks to reduce hunger.

Walking at least 10k steps a day and exercising regularlymplays a part too. I actually do better with weightloss when I eat more, but also move more. The key is to just not stuff yourself, and not eat for emotional reasons, only when you have mild hunger or appetite.

Activity is key , only diet you need is removing snacking and not eat to much shit because thats what most People realisticaly Can follow

the only way I can lose weight is by eating normally (maintenance with more protein), but burning 500 - 1000 kcal through lifting, cardio and walking. When I just lift and lower my calories to 1800 I'm hungry and miserable.
I usually lift in the morning and in the evening I walk for an hour and immediately after do 300 - 500 burpees.
When I just lift I'm ravenous later during the day.

Good base imo. Losing weight is all you need to you'll be fine after that.
