Depends on the woman. Yes gold diggers only want money but most women are not gold diggers. You don't even need to be extremely good looking to get laid but it helps a lot. Looks do matter but beauty is not judged by black pill standards since women have different standards.
If it were not the case, then below average looking guys would not be able to get laid but I know many ugly guys who get laid, and I know that this doesn't mean that looks don't matter but it does mean that you don't have to be a supermodel in looks to get laid.

And although good looks can make some guys get laid without a good personality, they are only going to attract the girls who are fine with them having no personality so the girls themselves will be as boring as they are because usually, like attracts like.
