My stats so far:
Height: 5'11 - 6'0 (Maybe even 6'1)
Age: 17
Weight: 125-126 lbs
PSL: I don't even know anymore.
Plan:
1.) Build Muscle / Gain weight
2.) Skincare / Hair
3.) Chewmaxx / Mew
4.) Semen Retention / NoFap
Supplements / Items:
Protein Powder
Multivitamin
Ashwaghanda
Creatine
Collagen
Vitamin k2+d3
Skincare:
Cleanser, Moisturizer, Vitamin C, Retinol.
Muscle 101:
So far I can only work out at home and the only thing I have is a 15 lb dumbbell so my friend gave me this routine, if anything here seems off please lmk:
Arms/Chest/Shoulders: (Only 1 dumbbell and body weight)
- 3 sets of 10-12 reps
-1 Minute Plank
-Bicep curls 3 sets of 10-12 reps
- Triceps kick-back 3 sets of 10-12 reps
-Bent Over Rows 3 sets 10-12 reps
-Overhead Press 3 sets 10-15 reps
-Wrist Curls 2 sets, 10-20 reps
1 set of 10 diamond/wide pushups
Alt Arm/Chest/Shoulder Workout (No Dumbell)
-Diamond pushups: 2 sets of 10-12 reps
-Pike pushups: 2 sets of 10-12 reps
-Normal Pushups: 2 sets of 10-12 reps
-Decline pushups: 2 set of 10-12reps
- 3 sets of 10-15 dips
- 30 second plank
Legs:
-Squats 40-50 reps
-Toe/Calf raises 30-40 reps
-Jumping Jacks 20 Seconds
- Jumping High for 20-30 seconds
-Single leg hops 2-3 sets, 15 reps each leg
- Running in place for 30 Seconds
Abs/Back:
-Crunches 5 sets 20-25 reps
- Mountain climbers 30 seconds
-Lying Leg raises 1 minute
-Bicycle Crunches 1 minute
-Supermans 50 reps
Chewmaxxing / Mewing:
Planning on buying falim and chewing for about 30 minutes - 1 hour max every other day.
As for mewing I will try to do it as much as possible, it may or may not be cope but whatever.
Semen Retention:
Probably gonna get laughed at for this one but idc. I will try to limit masturbation to once a week and if I can go longer I will.
Btw the doctor checked my thyroid levels and Im waiting for the results. He will also provide me with something that can help with weight gain.
I am aware that I will have to be consistent with all of this and that it will take time. Wish me luck!
