It depends on the individual, really. Some people have one or two easily fixable but highly detrimental flaws. For example a person can have good facial harmony and facial ratios but be fucked because of a recessed chin and severe acne. Getting a chin implant and getting on accutane would help that person a fuckton. Others are not so lucky because their flaws are not easily fixable as there is no clear cut solution.

I am PSL 4, but I dont agree with PSL Scales mostly, as they base it on worldwide. PSL varies worldlwide tho. I am not really a volcel but more of not being lowinhib enough to escalate with women and go on dates, thats my biggest issue.
