I need help on not being overwhelmed by all of the shit on here. I try to follow a routine but then theres another routine going on here, I geniunely need help being consistent on my weight loss routine.

You stick to it. It is as simple as that. Follow the routine which you think is best and stick to it... what else do you want us to say.

It depends on what you're eating. If you only eat whole foods, it's a lot easier to cut.

I've had friends who also struggle with discipline, you can try turning a routine into some sort of game with points, then punish yoursefl if you fall out of the routine. Or you can have an irl friend be your partner, you can both have an end goal of something and make sure both of you are doing it properly

Just get lean like 12 percent however I can easily do it if I commit a routine if ykyk

You literally save money cuz u wont spend any on food, thats the only good answer to the question, if u didnt get good appetite genetics ur fucked, there is no routine or diet hack that will save you you already know exactly how to lose weight yet you arent doing it so its a willpower issue
