He has a good base. His hairline is fucked. Lower third can be fixed with fillers.
Eye area is very good for a white guy. May need undereye filler too.
Skin tone is too reddish, MT2 would benefit him.
Smile is crooked but can be fixed. Nose is bulbous but can be fixed with rhinoplasty.
