Yeah I mean it's a better alternative, but you will feel miserable shitting all the time, and you still ingest some of the calories so is it really a win? Your best bet is to just eat lower calorie versions of the shit you like, subbing popcorn instead of chips during the weekend can save you easily 15 000 kcal a month if you're used to eating a whole bag of chipsWhat about laxatives then?
