I agree. It's about hormones and shit. Some people are strongly predisposed to eat more than others.

Don't keep it in the house. I always stagnate when I go live with my family because they keep so much fucking junk food everywhere. Unironically this is one of the better tips you'll ever recieve, can't make bad choices if there are none :D

Yeah I mean it's a better alternative, but you will feel miserable shitting all the time, and you still ingest some of the calories so is it really a win? Your best bet is to just eat lower calorie versions of the shit you like, subbing popcorn instead of chips during the weekend can save you easily 15 000 kcal a month if you're used to eating a whole bag of chips

I’m adopting a diet that literally is CICO but I’m making sure my diet has more protein than fats and carbs

Whatever floats your boat man, remember excersize and a healthy lifestyle is shit you will never regret doing in 5-10 years. Whereas that mcdonalds you got after getting fucking hammered you don't even remember having until you check your card balance the next day

I believe in you, just stay at it, theres a long way till summer or even next summer, but stay consistent and you can do this ezpz man

Oh I mean most of my foods will be healthy and as unprocessed as possible. Burgers and fast food will only be a treat and even it’ll be in accordance to my macros

Good shit man, nowadays I'm relatively lean, but lets say I wanna cheat with a burger meal, instead of having the whole meal I'll just have the burger and a diet coke, fills the craving but doesnt cost too many kcals
