    • I use gelatin powder which is 30% glycine. i mix it with milk and drink. pure glycine powder is probably better.

DIET
On DNP you will be very hungry so make sure you take appetite suppressants like caffeine or ephedrine, so you dont over eat.

There is alot of debate as to whether high carb or low carb or no carb is better when doing DNP. This really doesnt matter. Just cut out junk food and starches (bread, rice) and you will lose weight. Its pretty hard to get fat eating fruits and veggies.

If you are bodybuilding hit your number for protein (1 gram per pound of bodyweight) and just make sure you aren't eating tons of junk food. IMO carbs are good especially in the form of fruit so eat lots of fruits.

If you have the willpower to eat below you TDEE, then cut 500-1,000 calories from your TDEE like a normal cut to increase your results. This will have you feeling like shit though.

Personally i think eating a cup of beef liver and oysters every other day is important to fuel your body with all the minerals and nutrients. Just look below at how many essential B-vitamins and minerals (and protein) nutrients a cup of beef liver and a can of oysters provides. Ray peat recommends crown prince oysters in olive oil. (he eats them drained and well salted) w/ cheese

Ray peat also emphasizes milk in the diet. Keeping high calcium supports safe oxidation and provides nutrients. Aspirin has been known for a long time in bodybuilding circles to have pro metabolic effects and cause weight loss. Bodybuilders often run ECA stacks while dieting (Ephedrine, Caffeine, and Aspirin)

Good essay with good sources, but the average person wont have access to dinitrophenol because it's an illegal substance in most developed countries.

An ECA stack on its own is a good second, though even ephedrine is banned in many western countries.
Wont make you burn off a ton of fat in a short period, but you can boost your RMR by ~100kcal a day just by popping a few pills which adds up to roughly half a kilo of fat in 30 days by making no changes to your diet (plus an ECA stack inhibits appetite, making you less likely to cheat).

(if ephedrine is banned in your country, you can use synephrine which is 95% similar chemically)

Fat burning supplements compound over time even if the raises in resting metabolic rate are minimal. That's what makes an ECA stack, green tea phytosome etc. helpful in fat loss Who wouldn't like to lose an extra 2-3 kilos or 6 pounds of fat in half a year by doing no more excercise, or eating more restrictively than you currently do?

It was an over the counter weight loss drug in the 30s, until they realised how dangerous it was. It's danger is largely dependent on your diet, a lot of gymcels eating a standard high carb gymcel diet can die even at supposedly non-fatal dosages. Quite a few gymcels have died this way. If you take 200mg and go low carb/keto/carnivore then it should be fairly safe. I'd always taper up to a given dosage just to make sure you can handle it since you never know exactly how much is in each pill. I've heard of pills being sold with almost 400mg per pill, not labelled.

Personally I don't think the risk is justified considering it's so easy to lose fat naturally, compared to building muscle.

Yes luckily I don't need DNP because I am in fact perma-cycling DNP with my fast metabolism which overproduces heat and makes me eat over 5000 calories a day
 
Interesting compound, a good tool if you know what you're doing. However, there are concerns of toxicity (cataract, bone marrow suppression and other) and also such a rapid loss may cause sagging skin. People reported that the yellow sweat was hard to wash out from clothes. It's defenitely not something to try while studying/working, as you will be way harder, need to be on some break or vacation.
The overlooked thing is low dose DNP. It may improve energy levels and metabolism (won't cause any significant weight loss, though).
Here it's sold as "plant fertilizer", of course you can't expect good purity.

An ECA stack on its own is a good second, though even ephedrine is banned in many western countries.
Wont make you burn off a ton of fat in a short period, but you can boost your RMR by ~100kcal a day just by popping a few pills which adds up to roughly half a kilo of fat in 30 days by making no changes to your diet (plus an ECA stack inhibits appetite, making you less likely to cheat).

(if ephedrine is banned in your country, you can use synephrine which is 95% similar chemically)

Fat burning supplements compound over time even if the raises in resting metabolic rate are minimal. That's what makes an ECA stack, green tea phytosome etc. helpful in fat loss Who wouldn't like to lose an extra 2-3 kilos or 6 pounds of fat in half a year by doing no more excercise, or eating more restrictively than you currently do?

You can do it without pills, but you will get to the finish line slower for no reason.

  • DONT TAKE DNP ON EMPTHY STOMACH

  • There will be some water retention on cycle, you will look best a week after the cycle, you muscles will look shitty and flat while on DNP, you will look best 5-7 days after your cycle is over.

  • Consuming carbs will increase the intensity of the heat produced by DNP for 1-3 hours afterward.

DIET
On DNP you will be very hungry so make sure you take appetite suppressants like caffeine or ephedrine, so you dont over eat.

There is alot of debate as to whether high carb or low carb or no carb is better when doing DNP. This really doesnt matter. Just cut out junk food and starches (bread, rice) and you will lose weight. Its pretty hard to get fat eating fruits and veggies.

If you are bodybuilding hit your number for protein (1 gram per pound of bodyweight) and just make sure you aren't eating tons of junk food. IMO carbs are good especially in the form of fruit so eat lots of fruits.

If you have the willpower to eat below you TDEE, then cut 500-1,000 calories from your TDEE like a normal cut to increase your results. This will have you feeling like shit though.

Personally i think eating a cup of beef liver and oysters every other day is important to fuel your body with all the minerals and nutrients. Just look below at how many essential B-vitamins and minerals (and protein) nutrients a cup of beef liver and a can of oysters provides. Ray peat recommends crown prince oysters in olive oil. (he eats them drained and well salted) w/ cheese

Ray peat also emphasizes milk in the diet. Keeping high calcium supports safe oxidation and provides nutrients. A high milk diet will keep your metabolic rate higher and suppress the toxic effects of DNP. UNCOUPLERS

Too much cardio is catabolic and increases stress hormones, stick to moderate weightlifting.

Very useful also because DNP is no joke, it's very effective but, like Insulin, it can kill you FAST when you make the littlest mistake...

If you want to maintain your Natty status I would advise you to take ECA (Ephedrine, Caffeine and Aspirin), it's not as nearly as effective as DNP but it's very good too...
