I’m 6’1 202 lbs and I have good upper muscle but I want to get rid better lower chest muscle

Go into a slight deficit, preferably 400-600 calories below maintenance. Eat 0.8G protein per lbs of bw, 1.8-2 grams carbs per lbs of bw, 0.4g fat per lbs of bw. Progressive overload with standardized form, within 1-2 months of consistency you’d lose that fat or just use Dnp tbh.

you can make more muscle there and make it look better
That’s not the subject matter, he said he wants to lose the fat not build muscle on it. You can only build muscle underneath fat

I would do all this but how can I track all that, I would do it but I don't want to type all that in and do all the math, is there a way I can just have it do it for me or take a pic of my food so it can track it
