Lose bodyfat or gain muscle

I'm 16-17% bodyfat and I'm skinny fat. What should be my priority to lower bodyfat to 10% or gain muscle

if i use 1500 calories on tren i gain muscle and lose fat in same time?
dont go deficit on tren, u should hard bulk

That's an idiotic statement. Tren should be either used when cutting to preserve muscle mass or to recomp eating close to maintenance. For mass gaining there are better compounds (btw I am not saying you couldn't bulk very successfully with Tren but it's side effect profile doesn't warrant using it for that purpose)
