Lose bodyfat without losing weight?

I'm on a set weightclass for wrestling. I'm not fat or high bodyfat, but I'm not super lean either. Is there any way I can lose bodyfat while staying in my weight class and not losing strength? If it matters I'm 6 foot, 175, lanky.
 
you will do better in wrestling if your are lighter obv so you should cut to 10% or below move to 157 or 165s unless your weight class is weak on your team and you wont make v otherwise. lifting and staying the same weight will drop fat and build muscle slowly, presumably your already doing both thos things tho
 
yah like the other guy said mainly just body recomp so eat at maintenance and workout consistently the cardio from wrestling will shed fat and muscle will be built in its place at the same time
