There's a statistic somewhere that 95% of all people who lose weight on a diet have gained it all back within 3 years.
IMO, its actually nearly fucking impossible to lose weight and keep it off, if you START OUT AS FAT. You will get hit with permanent fucking cravings 24/7, you will develop an eating disorder where you idolise food making you susceptible to binges, your hormones will work against you to make you perma tired and hungry. I'm experiencing all of these RN leanmaxxing.
"Just eat less" seems so fucking easy but its actually harder than climbing mt everest to the top, a constant battle with your own body's cucked homeostasis and hormones
