Losing weight really isn’t even that hard and people try to make it act like it is
I was 230 last year with horrible health indicators eating slop all the time.
Around this time last year i started literally just going for walks (primarily at night) and fixed my diet but i never counted one calorie or anything, i stopped binge eating too or just like eating because i was bored
I quickly realized after like a couple weeks of just this routine that it isn’t that hard to lose and just kept up with it and lost like 70 pounds from july-feb
any questions lmk
