Lost 3 kg in less than a week

Around 5 days ago i was 65 kg at 185cm (in the morning),today i weighed at 62 kg. All i did was intermediate fasting. Lets say that you had your last meal at 8pm and you wake up at 8am, that's already 12 hours of fasting,but if u dont eat in the morning instead eat at 1 pm thats 16-17 hours of fasting,and if u pair it with cardio you will see changes in no time
 
Its just water in the first days

600 cal below maintenance
1kg = 2.205lbs, 1lb = ~3500 calories, if all you did was "fasting," then you've mostly just dropped water, the only way you could lose as much as your claiming is if you are hiding a rigorous exercise routine or your enhanced, presumably the answer to both of those potential reasons is a no.

Honestly DNR the scale, I am like 75kg because of water but leaner than most

Carbs hold onto water as carbs go some water does as well

3 kg of pure fat is roughly 27000 calories depending on how you count.. were you literally in near 4000 calories deficit a day lol?? 😂 Pure bodyfat weight is a bit less depending on how you count as it contains water and other tissues but yeah, either way it would mean 3000-4000 calories deficit daily.. lol.

boyo doesnt know how calories work, u dropped water weight and u thinking u got leaner is the hallucination from not eating enough, dnr retard, drop calories 300-500 below maintenance and forget
