Lost 5kgs but no visible improvement to stomach fat

I went from 75kg to 70 but my stomach looks pretty much the same (to me) Is this normal? Do i need to lose more to see results?

your stomach fat is the last fat to go you will lose other areas first

Fat loss doesn’t look linear. If you cut from 26%bodyfat to 20%, the difference won’t be too big. But if you cut from 20% bodyfat to 14%, the difference is very noticeable. If somebody got 30lbs to lose, the first 17,20lbs will look “meh”, the last 10 will make a big difference. It&: just a game of not quitting too early.

That's brutal, most of it could be water/ losing fat from other places and potentially muscle loss

last thing im doing is quitting, im addicted to those fucking numbers going down on the scale
