  • anti-aging. less calories = less cell growth and aging.
  • you wont get fat.
  • if you are fat, you will lose weight.
  • healthy blood pressure.
  • less bloating.
  • consistent mood. no hormone or libido fluctuations from eating a huge meal.
  • you seem more sophistocated. you have the restaint to enjoy other things in life than eating food.
  • more convenience. you can eat a little bit of food and then work on other things.
  • you can eat what you want. because you are eating less food, you can afford to eat tasty things whenever you want.
