Low-dose accutane on steroids

If I am intending to get into the environment that will most likely give me acne breakout, but I have no choice, will taking 10-20 mg accutane daily help me prevent it? Should I start taking it beforehand so I experience less purging (I have very few pimples RN btw)

zero purging, I had it been taking it for around a month before I started my cycle bc my skin is naturally very oily.

okay, thank you.I will give it a try.Acutally Im not going to use severe steroids but SARMs with a very high carb diet, and it is the diet that worries me because I always break out when eating above 600g of carbs a day, and Im going to eat about 800.
