Get yourself a Metronidazole + Zinc and Glycerine mixture or make it yourself, apply that shit at night with a cotton pad and wash off in the mornings no cleanser, js water. Sounds cope asf but it keep inflammation down and gets rid of purge zits either overnight or 2 days while not fucking your skin barrier.
