Low effort plan

I live in Thailand where one can hookermaxx at low cost. If you wonder why do anything else the answer is if you want good horny sex you better still make effort where you can.

Primary focus is making money (USA remote software engineer buying real estate). Secondary stuff:

- Skin: sunscreen, moisturizer, tretoinin.
- Muscles: Aiming for 2 plate bench, 250 row (used to have these numbers, now working back)
- Clothes. Planning to have an online image consult. Thailand is hot though so options must conform
- Future: nice car and expensive apartment, maybe even a penthouse one day (friends have rented one for the weekend, the girls go nuts)

What would you add for most people? I tried teeth whitening but results seem to improve only 1 small shade and temporary. I'm tall and lean, 6'2" 160 lbs. 37 years old Indian male.

You are not qualified to determine your flaws, others are : You also have hardmaxxing to do to get to your optimal SMV.

Recommendations are fine as long as they do not require things like surgery. Hardmaxxing is off limits.

I can commit to working out since that helps with health in general, but other hardcore techniques I would pass on. I'm open to hairline suggestions. I looked into Fin but the risk/reward is poor IMO.
