So about a week I ago I went to sleep at 3am and woke up at 7am, my eyes were red as shit and many people noticed and asked me about it.

Today I didn't sleep and noticed my eyes are far less red than when I had poor sleep.

What this means? I don't know, we should all be getting perfect sleep anyways.

When you don't sleep, your body basically gets stressed, those stress hormones will cause your eyes to get red when you wake up. This big spike in stressors doesn't really occur if you haven't yet gone to sleep.

Also, get your shit together, sleep is essential.
