What are good lower back exercises?
 
getting back shots

or just some sort of deadlift ig.
 
Any variation of deadlift if you just want to incorporate it into your routine with a compound movement, but if you really want to isolate it the best thing is a hyperextension (back extension). You can do it on a roman chair holding a plate and increase the weight for progressive overload or even easier if your gym has a machine.
