Lower eyelid retraction for Eurocelscs |HELP|

As you can see from my username I haven't got the money to fly to California for Taban

My lower eyelids sometimes droops and sometimes not
Don't know wtf is going on

I just want them to the point where the lower eyelid is positive tilted (always) and no need for squinting ever again

Who's a good surgeon for European people?

Just wanted to know if someone is very skilled at this
Just like Taban is know for his skills


Yo Taban cant be the only surgeon
Doesn't seem that complicated but I still would travel to any EU country as insurance is also easier
