So I have a theory that says you can widen your actual jaw bone shape in width, this only works for people below 16 who are still in growth phase and their bodies respond to stress, so let's started here, my theory is that by training your massater muscle(getting it strong not that big stinky look) the muscle would tighten and get stronger, right? The muscle would put an outward pressure on your goinons, which would help to make a millimeters of difference overtime, your jaw wouldn't widen over day, it would take months even years, and I meant by training your massater muscle is not by these weird ahh looking exercises you see online, I meant by chewing tough foods(carrots, meat, etc.) So is this right by theory or not? Does it work or not?
