19yo, 6’1, already dropped from 230 lbs to 168.5 today. I have a decent amount of muscle already and understand you can target burn fat but other than ”do ab workouts” what can I genuinely do to to get rid of my lower stomach pouch and my love handles. On low dose(2.5mg) Reta per week and it helped me get rid of the weight but no matter how much I work out it feels like my waist won’t slim.
