I was wondering if there was any softmaxx, or habitual change or even orthodontic appliance that could ever so slightly move the lower jaw forward by 1-2mm. I really cant seem to find any answer besides jutting 24/7 but thats not a solution, and surgeries arent a good answer either as they're expensive. I have heard mouth guards may help or that even just getting forward growth would also make the mandible move forward but I am unsure about how valid these claims are. Let me know all the answers possible

everything you states here is cope, you can mew and jut 24/7 but genioplasty isnt too expensive as any other jaw surgery and since you stated you had a minor overbite it should be an easy fix. If youre still in puberty its possible to get some forwards growth. Ive also seen people do gonion pushing im pretty sure its cope tho, someone correct me if im wrong.
