Im 15, how do I make my lower third more long? My chin and my Philtrum are both very short, even though philtrum is shorter than chin significantly it's still not enough

when i was 15 i had a very short lower third and it grew dramatically till 18, everyones experience is different but most likely you are not done growing and it will continue to mature

Yea I do know that ramus and mandible and chin both grow into very late puberty (18-20s) but still thought maybe I can help it somehow

just eat properly and fix any bite issues if you have

over time you're lower third will continue to grow

Bro if you’re not recessed or aren’t some weird specimen you’ll have a big lower third. It doesn’t stop growing til mid 20s, 22 minimum. You have at least 7 years to grow a good lower third, mine wasn’t masc at 15 but it had a good shape.

Check for bite issues if u have use orthodontics and also pubertymax
