hey, so i have been having low energy and motivation from past few months (this month specially) and i wanted to get a blood work done and luckily my doc told me to get a blood work done for some other medical issue,
My total testosterone(free was not done) result came at 331 ng/dl, ik this is pretty low although its still in the normal range for my age. I am deficient in vitamin D as well and i am on a dosage, i am low on vitamin B12 as well its 215 but i am not on any medication for it and after recovering from my deficiencies i am planning to stack some supplements:
vit d3+k2
vit b12
zincovit (supplement for multivitamin and multimineral)
will hitting the gym, having a good diet and being on supplementation be enough for increasing my T levels? or should i consider hopping on? I want my levels to be atleast around 600-700 ng/dl and should i get some other tests done as well?
any advice will be appreciated bhais
