What are some typical meals consumed in your average day bro?
i dont have a consistent diet. I just eat whatever without paying attention to calories, ingredients, etc. I just eat fast food maybe once every week or once every 2 weeks and the rest is extremely basic food that probably gets me all the nutrients i need

i have it in pasta and sometimes eat lamb chops. maybe i dont get enough but i couldn't really care atm bcuz im not fat and dont have to do anything that requires lots of energy

Yes magnesium is the mogger of all supplements. I need to get me some because I already ate my last magnesium stack. When I was on magnesium my sleep was generally way better.
