Malar implant and orbital area question

Question for High IQ User

I plan on asking my surgeon for a Malar/Cheek Cuz i will have bimax and my orbital and ogee curve already recessed

Does malar implant help with bags under eyes caused by lack of under eye support?

Im planning on asking him a custom implant (malar + orbital) but i don't think they do it where i live

no, you need infraorbitals imp. + fillers ( or fat graft).

I tho this is already well known thing here.

Ok i see si i need:
-Malar implant
-orbital

Or
Custom Malar + Orbital

btw no need for me to remove fat pad from malar, i already have 0 cheek fat even at 15% bf, i get the hollow look only when i'm 10%

dont touch ur malars just get infraorbital implants
