I do agree I just think that it's still important to look at both the mean and the median, and the skewness. Cause the mean and median could have quite a large deviation, though it'll end up normal distributed in a larger enough sample size.

Some non-heritable flaws need to be hardmaxxed tho. I got downward growth as the first person in my family, and none of the family members of at least the last three generations had that issue. I also developed it the older I got and that points towards epigenetic factors. This would presumably reverted by fixing the functional issues or getting jaw surgery. Latter counts as hardmaxx, and if I look at people in my school every third person looks like they need a bimax.
